Goo week!!!
This was a very good week, the only excersise that I don't do was YOGA X. That one is the most dificult for me.

WOW.....
Just did core dvd for second time - didn't get any easier - just the towel hopping is killer for me! Although this week I did it for the whole minute and last week I could only do it for 40 seconds!
