Yoga day
Do about the first 20 minutes and then skip to the balance poses and finish the video from there. Thats what I used to do.

How was your first 3 days?
Drink LOTS of water. It will help with the muscle soreness. I just finished Chest and Back for the first time in 6 months. It felt awesome but I'll be sore tomorrow.
