Remember the amount of exercise and sweating you do so you can drink more if need to. I'm not going to cut any drink out, that's your personal choice. Adding a little flavor to your water is fine in moderation.

Doing Good!
I am not giving up my coffee (it's my life source!), but my key is to have my coffee and orange juice in the morning and to sip on water the rest of the day. I think I will do awesome at this!

so i think iam out i dont think i have enuff calories comming in for this one to be heal;thy for me i cant be flushing out the what i need and at these volumes it not for me :(

still a few hours until this sucker starts but....
thats like 26 cups of water for me ouch i will be slushing around so much i wont be able to do jump squats lol

Crikey that's a lot! I'm not sure that would be healthy for you either. Maybe we should check it out a bit more first. I'll have a google.
