week one was very good But week 2 had two birthday celebrations meals in restaurants and both were after 8 p,m, appart from those two evnings have been good:) :)

Phew...
I have mini urges and only gave in once, so far but last night was the worse. The ice cream sandwich was calling my name. I went to bed a little earlier and held strong. I can do this to the 18th and ...
