Keep drinking water all along

Guidelines
As the temperature decreases, we loose our motivation to keep hydrated. So we will focus on keep drinking natural water and hot beverages such as tea with no added sugar or sugar substitute.

Keep the fruit and veggie intake

Guidelines
Replace some veggies and fruits according to the season but keep your normal intake: at least five portions of fruits and vegetables per day. Add some nuts and seeds to the mix!

Guidelines
Just walking, dancing or jumping the rope for 10 minutes a day will keep you warm.
