As the temperature decreases, we loose our motivation to keep hydrated. So we will focus on keep drinking natural water and hot beverages such as tea with no added sugar or sugar substitute.

Guidelines
Replace some veggies and fruits according to the season but keep your normal intake: at least five portions of fruits and vegetables per day. Add some nuts and seeds to the mix!
