Just curious what everyone's food & exercise plans are. What are your action plans for the holidays, if any? I'm eating a whole foods plant based diet. For now, I'm not doing any workouts, just walking the doggo every day. Once I get closer to my goal weight, I'll start bringing strength training back into the fold. Good luck, all. Cheers.
