Modified Guidelines From My Diet- Please add suggestions

Guidelines:
1. Calories- Try to stay under your RDI. The Minimum # of Calories your body NEEDS is usually your weight with a Zero added to the end (Ex: If you weigh 150 Lbs, you need at LEAST 1500 calories) 2. Ratio- Find a Carb/Fat/Protein ratio that's right for YOU! You might need to experiment a little!! 3. Try not to eat right before bed...you're not hungry while sleeping & you're more likely to convert calories into fat 4. LIMIT SODAS!!! (I've been known to kill a 12 pack in a day!) 5. Don't be a water-snob!!! 6. Pay attention to serving size....especially when eating out! 7. Stop eating when you're full...you're not 7 & don't have to clear your plate!! 8. Don't eat just because you're bored 9. Get off of your bum!! Sitting on the couch all day is NOT a good way to fit into your jeans!! 10. Read these guidelines often...add more as needed!!

Keep a record of all the food you consumed. You eat less when you have to write EVERY ingredient down!!

Eating Out

Guidelines:
Try to limit eating out (Maybe twice a week??)!! They hide calories EVERYWHERE!! When you do eat out remember all of the hard work you've been doing...order SMART!! If you need to grab a quick meal think Subway!! (Beware of the Tuna melt)
