Mini-Challenge - Exercise at least 1-2 hours a day



For some of you I know it can be difficult to make time to exercise for 1-2 hours some days but as long as you can get 30 min its ok. For me I am pushing myself to 1-2 hours a day for 5 days out of the week and 30 minutes the other two days. Any type of physical activity will count: running, walking, hiking, playing a sport,, a work out video etc.
