To break after-dinner snacking, which is an easy way to sabotage your healthy diet.

Guidelines:
Don't be hard on yourself if you can't do this mini-challenge every single night, but try to do it as often as possible. There is no scientific evidence that not eating 3 hours before bed will help you lose weight, but it is a known fact that night eating is an easy way to slip in too many extra calories. Not eating 3 hours before bed will help you break a bad habit that could be sabotaging your diet.
