Exercise ( Cardio, Circuit and Abs) or Sports

Guidelines:
Doing cardio alone everyday becomes quite monotonous. Hence, use rotation method. Cardio (60 Mins )>> Cardio (45 Mins)and Circuit(30 Mins) >> Cardio(45 Mins) and Abs(20 Mins). Try to workout atleast for 60-90 mins everyday. This includes Cardio and other activities like Abs or Circuit
