It is! I even got permission to run in the hall today. So, I get to now run away from Zombies in the hall of the building as I frequently have issues on the treadmill for some reason.

That is great advice maelyn. Light, ready to eat snacks are also helpful. I usually make a container of fresh fruit salad and if I am hungry, I measure out a 1/2 cup or full cup.
