Measure

Guidelines:
When considering portion control, revert back to when you first started the program and measure everything. Trusting your 'eye' to be accurate is silly and will put one overeating.

Hydrate

Guidelines:
Calculate your water intake. Take your current weight and divide by 2. The result is the number of ounces of water to drink each day. Be dedicated to hydration. Caffeinated beverages do not count toward this objective.

Move more, Sit less

Guidelines:
Plan time for you - this is your time to focus on yourself and maintaining/exceeding your goals. (You have come too far to stop now!) Find an activity you enjoy and write it on your calendar. Mark it off once completed. Strive for 5000 - 10,000 steps per day or at least 20 to 60 minutes per day for 6 days.

Rest

Guidelines:
Your goal is 7 to 8 hours of sleep per day. By getting enough rest, this will help cut back on poor snacking.

Guidelines:
Everyone has gremlins -- they are the creatures who tell us lies about ourselves. Everyday rid yourself of one negative thought or belief you have about yourself.
