Lift heavy stuff!!

Guidelines:
Hey, this week, think about picking up some dumbbells and doing some bicep curls. Try push ups. If you can't do regular pushups, try them leaning on a counter instead. Do some squats and if you're able, hold some dumbbells while you're squatting. Just do what you can and don't go crazy and injure yourself. Ask me how I know!!! :o)
