Build a twice a week practice

Go to class twice in the week, or maybe add a sun salutation to your morning on non-class days, something to review what you've learned, and add to the practice you are developing.

Build a 10 min home practice

Build up a simple 10 min home practice you can do 5 times this week. Again, this could be moving through some sun salutations, or something more vigorous. Again, youtube is your friend if you need ideas, or just take a series of movements from one of your classes to practice, or spend your 10 min working on poses you've learned in class.

Week 4

Build a 20 min home practice

Try to extend that 5 day a week 10 min home practice into 20 min. Ether add poses to your 10 min practice, or repeat the sequence.

don't have a yoga dvd so will have to back out
I'm a fan of the Rodney Yee dvds I have, and i have the Gaiam back pain yoga dvds that do me good when i'm at home. The internet abounds with options, so I hope you'll reconsider!
