Day 3
Been keeping up each day to 30 today. I mentioned the challenge to my co-workers. A couple of them looked at me like I was crazy....and they are younger than me!

Day 2
Did 25 again today and doing the squat challenge as well can feel the muscles waking up. A positive is it gives an extra boost in the morning.
