It says we start the juggling challenge today however it says we have ten more hours till it starts. So how do I do this...... do i juggle today and give my results tomorrow as to whether or not I did ...

You know you can do this Challenge!
I swear this will make a difference. Use balls, oranges, anything round. You will feel it in your arms and you will see that your coordination will improve.
