Off of recovery week I went really strong for my fit test, got a little cocky after all the progress I had made in month one. Dun Dun Dun.... Shaun T kicked my ass, put me in my place real quick with Max Interval Training and those stupid side/run/in and out/side crunch push ups whatevers, and then today with Max Interval Plyo and those stupid level 3 drills. I feel like I am so out of shape... lol, got to go real hard tomorrow I am prideful!!!
