Me too, trying to get my butt off the recliner on a regular basis. I do walk twice a day but it is not long enough or fast enough. Now I realize I only have the sport Wii and I will just have to use that.

Thanks for forming this group. I too am disgusted at what Ive done to my body, now is the time to change. Not tomorrow but today. I even journal and do the food diary but it hasn't changed anything. ...
