Guidelines:
When I was in Weight Watchers, it was called "Move More" and by doing so, it's already a step towards a better you. Where you start is not where you'll finish. Day 1 and the last day - measure your chest, waist and hips. Weigh in on the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, 4th and 11th.

Fruits and Veggies

Guidelines:
It's just as important to eat your fruits and veggies as it is to drink water. You already know drinking water is a huge factor in a fit lifestyle, so we won't worry about that in this challenge. Eat your fruits and veggies at every meal. I saw on FB today where if you weren't hungry enough to eat an apple, then you were just bored and choose something non-food related to do instead. Brilliant and so true! So remember that as we start our journey together!!

Guidelines:
One of my issues is going to bed at a decent hour to get in 8 hours of good sleep. I will fight sleep like a 2 year old, just staying up later than I really need to. Turn off the ipad, iphone, Facebook, TV or close the book....go to bed -- plan it -- in order to get 8 hours of rest. That's your goal - 8 hours. Sounds like alot, but let's face it, you need it.
