Guidelines

Exercise at least 30 minutes. Eat 6 servings of whole grain bread in, wholemeal pasta,not decorticated rice, whole grains, Eat at least 3 fruits, eat at least 6 vegetables, use only extra virgin olive oil, 2 servings dairy products.Drink more water.
