Guidelines:
Drink about eight glasses/2 litres throughout the day. Start early in the day as you lose a lot of fluids while you sleep. Only water and herbal tea count!

Eat your carbs!

Guidelines:
Make sure you are eating all of the carbs you should with 3 cups of salad (or 2 cups of salad and 1 cup of vegetables) everyday. This, drinking enough water and exercise will keep things moving for you!
