Guidelines:
Eat at least 5 serves of vegetables and fruits per day. 1 serve vegies = 75g raw, 1 cup of salad leaves , 1/2 cup cooked or 1/2 cup of vegie juice. 1 serve fruit = 1 medium raw or 1/2 cup chopped, cooked or canned fruit or 1/2 cup juice, or 1/4 cup dried fruit.

You can also limit carbs in this challenge
Some of us are trying to limit carbs from starchy veg and fruit. That's fine. Choose low calorie veg mostly if that suits you. You dont HAVE to eat fruit. 😉
