Keep hydrated by drinking 64 oz of water a day! Water, Water, Water

If you are not use to drinking this amount of water daily, start increasing your water intake as soon as you join the challenge. The goal is to drink this or come as close as you can daily.....THIS IS REALLY A CHALLENGE FOR ME!!!

No candy or junk food for the duration of the challenge

Sure we are allowed to treat ourselves but let's make this challenge workth everything we've got. At the end of the challenge if you need you can treat yourself to your craving. Remember we are trying to get motivated for a change!!!

Healthy Eating while continuing to walk it off

In order to lose the weight we have to make some changes. Be sure to cut out at least one food or thing you know is bad (for me it's sweets). Incorporate more fruits and vegetables. Fish and chicken are great meats!

Jogging with a purpose

We are halfway there and walking should now be a breeze!!! Keeping with the 20 minutes, walk 5 minutes to get your heart going, jog for 10 min, then walk for 5 to slow your heart back down. If you can do more as the weeks progress go for it!!!
