1. Eat Healthy Foods

Guidelines: Limit your intake of any fast food and unhealthy snacks.
weeks 1 to 12

2. Record everything you eat

Guidelines: Keep a record of all the food you consumed- the good, the bad and the ugly. This way you can look back and see where you need to improve.

3. Exercise!

Guidelines: Try and get out and about at least 3 times per week, doing whatever you enjoy to get your body moving and your heart rate up.
