Jamie Oliver in his Food Revolution is known to promote colorful, fresh food. If your food is always white, light brown or beige, you are not eating the right foods to be healthy.

Colorful foods contain all the nutrients we need. When you eat, try to eat foods that are red, green, orange, yellow, purple and more. So that might mean red, green and yellow peppers and tomatoes. Add orange carrots and pumpkin. Add red and purple berries. Eat plenty of green leaves, celery and zucchini and squash.

And most of these foods can be eaten raw.

Most of the colorful foods are low in calories too! Colorful foods will help your weight loss and give you plenty of vitamins, juices and fiber.
