My back has been sore, but wanted to succeed in this challenge. Today I used my own body weight during the weight sections in my video. Does this still count because it sure made me sweat?

almost there
15 pounds and i am there! My goal will be reached. I started back in october with 189 pounds. And i am having really hard time losing these last 15 pounds. But i do want to reach my goal!!!
