First day, first week
I did my first 'run' yesterday with Mia (aka Cubby Jones) week 1 version 1. Didn't like that the song didn't change for each interval- Nicole Blum's are better for that aspect.

2nd3rd day to a 5K
Did 30 min. on the treadmill 60/90 walk/run. Will find a 5K in my area to run in about 6 weeks. LHH:badgrin:
