I have been doing so much better. Not perfect, but a complete 180 degrees from where I was 2 months ago. I am so much more conscious of what I prepare for myself and eat. I have dieted in the past, even when I thought I was changing my eating habits. But, I was doing it because it was part of the "diet". Now, I seem to be more aware than ever what specific foods "Cost" in the way of hardship to my system and "price" in calories. I find myself asking myself, "Is it worth it?" and 9 times out of 10 (so far) the answer is "No".

I am also very aware of my failures to lose and my failures to maintain losses in the past. Now, I no longer think, "this is it, the last time". Instead, I remind myself that this is a lifetime journey, there may/will be setbacks, and I just then need to get back on track.

I pray to the heavens, that I remember. Cool

Goal!

I try to think of exercise like doing the dishes or laundry; I might not necessarily look forward to doing it, but it is necessary.
