Challenge Forum: Where to cut?

My fat and sodium levels are still too high. But where to cut? I also need to increase my protein to almost double what I am eating now. I am not a big meat eater (not a vegetarian, just lazy) so I am not sure how to increase this one. (head meets keyboard) What to do, what to do...Doubt

Goal!

I try to think of exercise like doing the dishes or laundry; I might not necessarily look forward to doing it, but it is necessary.
