no-more fast food for me !
i haven't had mcdonalds in a month ! i am so proud of myself but yet still haven't lost a pound.. i wish i could break this laziness and start working out.

McDonalds 0 Self Control 1
I have to drive by both mcdonalds and subway on my way to work. I got so use to just stopping. Instead I bought cliff bar builders high protein bars for that power breakfast.

I did go thru Carls Jr today after not being able to eat all day because of a test that I had done I was so hungry, but I made a good choice I got a grilled Santa fe chicken sandwich. I ate the chicken ...

Time to finish with fast food
My company has a deal with the McDonald's across the road that gets us a discount. It makes it such an easy option but I'll be staying strong and resisting the lure of those golden arches.

Fast Food - Done!
It is just too convenient! When things get too busy to eat as planned, that's when I really need to say "no" and take those few extra minutes to think! There is always an alternatative.
