64 ounces is half a gallon. Or four 16 ounce water bottles. I suggest you buy one of those nifty reusable water bottles and use that. And it's 64 ounces in a day. Which is actually the recommended amount. It's not too hard. If you don't like water, or drinking too much water makes you ill (it does me) use water flavoring packets. They aren't too many calories, and some have no calories at all!

actually i was thinking 64oz a day, its 8 x 8oz cups of water, i have a water cooler at work so im fill the 8oz cup 4 time in an 8 hour period, then 20 oz bottle for my gym, then refill the 20oz for after the gym, so im hoping i can drink 74 oz of water a day. what is ur plan. i find that u must be prepared to succeed

I bought a Weight Watchers water bottle some time ago - it holds 32oz so makes life easy - just have to re-fill it once!
