Hi everyone!

I'm so excited that you've decided to join.

If anyone has any mini-challenges you'd like to add, please feel free to let me know and I will add them. Everything is welcomed.

Also, feel free to post a short bio of yourself, so we can get to know each other a little bit.

I'll go first:

I am a 20-year old student, living in Florida. I have a full-time office day job. I am not married and have no children.(but I hope to one day!)

I did weight watchers for about a year starting in 2010 (I weighed 196lbs) and I lost about 35 pounds. Once I stopped doing WW at the beginning of this year I started putting the weight back on. I now weigh 178 pounds and I hate it. My goal is to get down to at least 150, so I have about 30 pounds to lose.

If anyone is looking for a buddy, I love to chat and make people feel better about themselves Smile

Hy, Shay!

Once I was 15kg havier than now, an I have my current wheight for 4 years. Recently I started to train harder to get some muscles, but my stomach does not colaborate with me... Since a week ago I am on a diet to loose some inches but without loosing my muscles. It's hard but I am eating a lot of protein and low carbs. Let's see if I can!

I know what you mean...My stomach doesn't seem to change when I lose weight. So I think focusing on the stomach muscles will help this time.

Good Luck!

I have been trying to eat right and exercise for the past couple of weeks. But I started tracking everything I eat and all the exercise I do this past weekend.

So this week is when I will really get focused and start planning out how I'm going to accomplish this goal!

What about you?

Hi, ShayAm! Today I went to the gym to measure my body fat. It dropped from 12.5% (two months later) to 7.9%. I think I will return to my usual calories intake, or I will get too thin. However, I will keep doing abs because my stomach is not as I want yet...
