stretch before bedtime
been a hectic week babysitting so this is a great timely reminder for me to stretch before bedtime as i simply have not been able to fit in any excersize at all this week ( had a poorly grandson )

Daily Stretching Challenge
Actually went back to work today. Only did a short 15 minute stretch but it was on purpose and felt good. Will do more tomorrow.:)

I really don't think there is a right time of day, as long as you do it, it's right. Like me, I just can't do it in the mornings (I'm so not a morning person), so I do it either before ...
