[Click the blue title to read the whole post.] Keep checking this space every day, as I will be posting Challenge How-To's, recipes, and other helpful information soon. While you're waiting for the challenge to start, familiarized yourself with the seven mini-challenges and decide which ones you will be trying to achieve, that fit in with your WOE (Way of Eating). Then, go ahead and start building up to the ones which are new to you. [When I started FatSecret, I was only getting in 6-8g of Fiber a day, wasn't drinking ANY Water ("only" 2 liters of Diet Coke a day) and was doing ZERO Exercise.]

Also, start logging EVERYTHING you eat or drink into your Food Diary. This will help you to see where you ARE, which you need to know before you can set a course to where you are GOING.

Probably tomorrow, I'll post a little about myself, so you can get to know a little bit about this relative stranger who will be accompanying you on this 7-Day Journey.

I'm glad God caused our paths to cross, and I'm looking forward to spending a week alongside you on this Journey to weight-loss and/or better health. I'll do my best to encourage you and help you accomplish the goals that you have set for yourself.

Hi everyone, I'm Shirfleur, and this is my 4th Challenge led by Debbie Cousins, and I can sincerely say, you will not find a kinder, more compassionate leader. I find participating in these weekly challenges help me to stay on track by heightening my awareness. Welcome all!

hi all i new to this so i trying to find my feet i got a lot to lose and want to be in better shape am taking kids to Alton towers in three months and they want to go water park so i would like to lose as much as can by then but will be carrying on after till reach my goal good luck all
