Make sure you drink plenty of water, don't starve your body of those good natural minerals and vitamins. If you find that you are bloating too much, cut your water down slightly.

If you slip up and have a take-away, don't be hard on yourself! If you decide that you are strong enough to have one get what you like but in a medium or small size, take your time eating it and record your calories.

Guidelines
Cut down your portions of your regular food and eat slowly, you will begin to feel full after the first couple of days.

Don't deprive yourself of the food you want.

Guidelines
Eat the same foods but in moderation and alongside fruit and vegetables. You can still have pizza but just a slice or two along with a fruit salad for dessert. Make sure you count your calories so that you stay around or under the 70% mark and you can eat what you normally eat.
