Challenge Forum: Had to take Wednesday off!!

I had exercised 4 days in a row and HAD to give my body a break. I've been doing a Crossfit "like" routine and my body was wrecked. I'm excited about the challenge, but I can't do workouts everyday. LOLOL Funny thing is, my weight went up two lbs, but I feel great. I'm stronger in my workouts and my endurance is much better. So, I think I'm going to take one day off a week for my body to recover.
