Hi all. I'd like to welcome you all to this challenge. It is the firsy of a series of challenges that I will be setting up to help me in my quest to lose 130 lbs.

I started on here at 286 lbs and was very successful at losing the weight as i got to 228 in under 5 months. I felt amazing and very proud.
I had some health issues that came up and I stopped dieting and exercising and i ballooned to 310.6. I am having problems functioning doing the everyday things. I decided to do something when last weekend I couldnt do snowshovelling without resting a lot and I couldn't get up the toboggan hill with my son
I knew then if I didn't do something , I wouldn't see my 60 th birthday in 8 years
This challenge is dedicated to each and everyone of us, and to our loved ones.

Lets all get up the toboggan hill together and celebrate our successes

I am at 183. My highest was 200 :/. Im slowly losing it which is good. I don't have as many back issues. Everyweek I want to include my health status to see how well I feel with each 2 pounds lost. Good luck on all you and your journey. We will all lose 30 Smile
