Do 15-20+ Mins of belly blasting exercise every other day !

Guidelines:
Listening to feedback I've made the exercising somthing for every other day. Mix up your exercises to include a couple of diffent workout zones.(back, sides, abs) Sore is more .... but PAIN should not be felt.

WEEK 2 - 15-20mins+ Every other day.
All those standard "back" exercises they give you in physical therapy will help the abs. Camel or Cat stretches (where you arch and sway your back while on all fours) is a good place to start. ...

what kinda abs-focused -exercises are you doing?
I personally feel the burn the best by getting on all fours and taking one leg behind me and pulse up about 2" to 6" (whatever you can do). This BURNS. I do about a 100 before it truly burns, ...
