Exercise everyday day for 30 minutes, and follow the eating guidelines

Nutrition is job #1! No processed foods at all! If you don't recognize the ingredient don't put it in your mouth. You should avoid boxed and convenience foods as much as possible and, especially if sugar is an ingredient in the first 3-5 items on the label - don't eat it! Get in 25-35 minutes of high-intensity exercise everyday and be sure to drink plenty of water!
