I am having such a hard time keeping my carbs . to 20, trying to figure out what im doing wrong... if you have tips please let me know. thanks.

I eat salads,eggs,cheese, olives, green vetables and meat for these first two weeks - I eat as much of these items as I want - I was alittle sick at first with headaches and stuff but I thinkit was just withdrawal of junk - I started on Friday at 185 and Monday morning it said 182.5 - so it does work but you can't have anything else - go to Adkins.com for more information - I'm on both sites - keep in touch - let me know how you are doing and I'll answer any questions I can - i'm no expert but I can try to help

im on my second week, and i too had headache and weak, but figured it was withdraw from junk food... too.
but im ready to start my 2nd week, right...

Thanks so much I am struggling the 20 carbs as well but this site and atkins site if you join one of the on line communities they will help as well. Glad you mentioned headaches as I started last week and had a terrible headache for 3 days so glad it has gone now....

I really struggle to keep my carbs low.... I tend to want to snack on peanuts... does me in every time!!!!!! I also love diet pop and drink more then the three Atkins allows...
