I'm desperate! I've been on and off Induction for days...which means, I've been eating tasty No-no foods Sad
I'm stuck on a carb roller coaster and I need to get off!
Any Induction recipe ideas would be greatly appreciated Smile

When I'm wanting something fried and crunchy, I take chicken or shrimp, dip it in egg and "bread" it with grated parmasean cheese and then I'll either fry it or bake it. It's soooooooo yummy! I hope this helps a little!

For breading I use pork rinds. You almost can't tell the difference.
I made Creamed Cauliflower yesterday and it is awesome. Very closed to mashed potatoes.
Today I fried chicken breast. Added a small dash of chicken broth. Brought to a boil, added cream cheese, a little cream and Parmesan cheese, added some broccoli. It was yummy.
