Challenge Forum: Almost 3 weeks down low weight loss

I am getting a little discouraged. I have gone from total couch potato and eating a lot of bad snacks to really doing a 180. Now I walk 5 miles every other day, briskly. On the opposite days I am doing an intense yoga routine, It is over an hour long and I'm up to 45 minutes before I give up. So to only have a 1.6 kg (3.5 pounds) weight loss is really discouraging. I am eating well, haven't cheated once and I'm keeping below my RDI. Suggestions welcome, thanks!

We all tend to plateau you reckon that may be YOU I am trying hard but , now stuck at one WEIGHT ..reckon I may have to eat less ..xx
