Sleep Sleep Sleep

Guidelines:
Make time to sleep as it helps the body to recover, heal, function better each day and lose weight. Get at least 7-9 consecutive hours of uninterrupted sleep each day. No excuses. If the children go to bed early so should you. Work, studying and homework should be done before 10 pm. Again, no excuses. Work on that time management skill.
