been to the gym the last two days and feeling so much better already but...
as long as your getting passed 1000 you will be fine. im not counting my calories and i have been losing weight. i may not put my weight down becasue i have my own graph but i would at least do over 1000 ...

Inches not pounds
NO!!!!! The weight will catch up. Inches are great- your slimming and firming up, clothes are getting looser... weight loss isn't everything. We have to tone while the weight comes off or we deal with ...

First time for me counting calories
and exercising so much but it sounds so worth it! I can't believe how lazy makes large! I'm looking forward to this and happy to have found this group!
