Just completed my first one, had to stop half way but carried on. Do t think my form is the best but hey I have started :)

Can't Seem to Edit..
So this was my first attempt at creating a challenge and it seems I cannot fix my errors... Basically, week 4 is supposed to start at 3 minutes and work up to 4.5 minutes. Sorry :(
