This challenge has pumped me back up, having you for the admin. has probably help tooVery Happy . You are a true motivation and inspiration for me. I have been working hard to get exercise in everyday that I had begun to start slacking on due to schedules. I am getting my stamina built back up as well which is the most exciting for me.

Adding the fresh fruit into my diet has been great. I love it and I buy it but the kids are normally the ones that eat it and I rummage looking for other healthy snacks.

88.8 pounds lost totalExclamation, another week like that and we will have lost a whole personSmile.

88.8 pounds is awesome TEAM!!! Way to GO! I have to be better this week on workouts, really dropped lately, but for real reasons, sick toddler, sick husband then sick me. I am not beating myself up too bad. Have to get better with crunches, slacking there quite a bit. Will pick those up this week for sure and that is a real target area for me, 2 c-sections the last one two years ago.

Wow, that is a lot of weight gone!

Eventually I want to be a healthy weight; and that means leaving a whole person behind.
