I'm doing ok on this, I can't work out how to update my weight for the challenge? or will it automatically updated 1 week after I joined up to it as I have updated my weight daily since monday Sad

I plan to weigh in once a week(Monday's) and record it then. I find myself going nuts if I try to do it once a day, and waiting a week makes you feel like you lose more, since you see a bigger loss, instead of a little each day. Good luck!

Hi yea I am doing once a week on Mondays. How has the 1st week been? I have been doing 1hr or taebo 4 times a week. I think I am gonna up that to 5. I also been doing 3 mile walks a few times a week. My problem area is food. But I am on the case we will see weight loss tomorrow.

I've been using the Wii. Food is my problem too, I'm always hungry!

I joined the gym today and I am gonna up the anti. I feel shattered after a hour an a half in the gym and a hour of zumba. But her roll on monday. lol x
