Missed the day
Was gone most of the day and had to get alot of things done. I had to be careful with my back. I will try to get them in before Sunday.

Good and bad day
Got my 60 squats in today and then really bad day for food. Will be right back on track tomorrow. Went to chiropractor today and back is sore. Did my squats in 3 x 20. Rest day tomorrow.

I'm hurting, but I got my 55 in. (20, 20,15). Will try to get them done tomorrow, going to the dr. for my back. Messed up just reaching. I'm trying to hang in there.
