Guidelines:
Don't cheat. Do it to its optimum. All those jumping jacks and push ups included. Level 1 for ten day, Level 2 for ten days, Level 3 for the final ten days.

Guidelines:
The hardest one for me is not weight every day. So I don't make myself wait a whole week. I let myself weigh on Sundays and Thursdays. Pick only two days this week to weigh.

You may be able to borrow the DVD from your local library, or purchase it from any book store or Ebay and Amazon.com

The Stuff
The only thing you would need is the Jillian Michaels 30day Shred dvd. It is tough but only takes 20 minutes a day.
